Die Einzelzimmerwohnung ist das perfekte Variant für Studenten, die auf Budget an der TU Dresden studieren. Da das Hochhaus noch nicht von der Gagfah renoviert ist, bleibt die Miete sehr niedrig. Die Wohnung ist mit einem möbelierten Bad und Küche gestattet, und das Hauptzimmer ist eine gute Größe für einen Student, der sich in Rühe zu Hause lernen will, und gleichzeitig ausdehenen will (Zum möbelierten Küche sehe Sonstiges für Bedingungen).
Die Wohnung findet sich am zwölften Etage, und dadurch bietet ein herliche Blick auf der Stadt, richtung Westen und Sonnenuntergang. Obwohl Treppenlaufen läßt sich gut für trainieren, gibt es einen Aufzug der sich aufführen kann. Weitere Dienste, z.B Internet, Fernseher, Strom, wird durch andere Anbieter zur Verfügung gestellt.
This 1-person room is absolutely perfect for students studying on a budget. The apartment complex is currently remains unrenovated, so it is one of the cheapest housing options so close to the university. The room is outfitted with a kitchen and a bathroom. As I intend to move out soon, I am also leaving some of my furniture for the next tenent on the condition that they take the room as is. The room is found on the 12th floor (elevator available) and as such has a beautiful sunset view over the city. Additional services (internet, TV, electricity, etc.) are provided through other providers and are not a part of the rent.
Die Wohnung ist Uninahr (15 minute zur SLUB zu Fuß) und hat ausreichend ÖffentlicheVerkehrsbündnisse. Die Straßenbahn 11 (Nachtlinie) hält eine Minute vom Tur ab, und kann Sie im Funfundzwanzig Minute zur Neustadt bringen. Für Informatikstudierende verfügt der Bus 85 über eine direkt Linie zu den Informatik-Gebäude der TUD. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konsum / Norma) und eine Sparkasse sind auch in der Nähe (5 Minute).
The room is 15 min by foot to the university library and has great availability in terms of public transportation. Tram 11 (night tram) is located but a minute away, and will take you directly to New Town (the party district), in 25min. For IT students, the bus 85 will take you directly to your institute in just 5 minutes. Groceries and a Sparkasse are also available nearby.
Das Zimmer biete ich teilsmöbeliert an, dafür wird abverlangt, dass die Wohnung in der jetztigen Zustand übernommen wird. Die Möbel können Sie bei einer Wohnungsbesuch ansehen.
Bevor das Zimmer übergeben wird, müssen Sie einen neuen Vertrag mit der Gagfah abschließen. Aus diesem Grund konnte sich die Miete erhöhen. Die oben-genannte Preise kann ich nicht 100% versprechen.

I am currently offering the room alongside some of my old furniture. For this, I request that the room be taken as is (no painting, no renovation). The available furniture will be present during visitations.
As for renting, the room is rented by the company GAGFAH and as such a new contract must be made with them. As such I cannot fully 100% guarantee the advertised priced. Considering the room hasn't been renovated, I doubt it will be raised however. During negotiations I will be present.
