Hallo ihr Lieben,
gern möchte ich meine schöne und gemütliche Ein-Raum-Wohnung an dich zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung ist vom 18. Januar bis 22. Februar zu vermieten. Sie befindet sich in der 6. Etage und ist 27m² groß. Sie bleibt teilmöbliert (Esstisch, Küche, Bett, Kleiderschrank etc.; keine Waschmaschine, kein Schreibtisch) und in den 280 Euro Miete sind sowohl Strom als auch Internet schon enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Südhöhe im Stadtteil Zschertnitz und ist damit ziemlich nah an der Uni (zum HSZ und in die SLUB sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten). Aldi, Lidl und Rossmann erreicht ihr in 2 Minuten und auch das Kaufland ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestellen der 66, 63 und der 11 (Nachtlinie!) sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
Da die Wohnung keinen Balkon besitzt, vermiete ich die Wohnung nur an Nichtraucher.
