Sehr schöne Gegend, zentral, zwischen Hechtviertel und Neustadt nahe am Park und allem, was man braucht. In der Küche sind Spülmaschine, Spüle, Tisch und Stühle, Ofen, Kühlschrank vorhanden; auch Geschirr etc. Im Wohnzimmer sind zwei Lattenroste für je eine Matratze von 1 m breit, Schreibtisch und Regale vorhanden. Der Preis ist pro Monat, alles inklusiv. Ich möchte die Wohnung für den ganzen Monat vermieten; wochenweise ist evtl. auch möglich. Ruft an oder schreibt bitte über WhatsApp oder telegram. Rent the beautiful, partly furnished, bright one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. A wide view towards the old town, open sky and lots of sun! Very nice area, central, between Hechtviertel and Neustadt close to the park and everything you need. The kitchen has a dishwasher, sink, table and chairs, oven, refrigerator; also crockery etc. In the living room there are two slatted frames for a mattress each. of 1 m wide, a desk and shelves. Liegt zwischen Hechtviertel und Neustadt - wunderbare Lage! Es gibt einen Garten hinter dem Haus und die Sicht ist frei Richtung Süden; die Wohnung hat Sonne von früh bis spät. Es ist recht ruhig und nahe am Szeneviertel, am Park, an der Heide und Elbe. It is settled beetween Hechtviertel and Neustadt - a great place! There is a garden behind the house and you have an open view to south, sun from morning till evening. Not much noises and near to alternative/party quarter, to parks, to wood and to the river also.
Im Haus wohnen zwei Singles und zwei Paare mit jeweils einem Kind, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Bahndamm und die Königsbrückerstraße nicht weit; beides ist nicht laut, der Bahndamm wenig befahren und fast nur mit S-Bahn-Triebwagen, die Königsbrücker hört sich eher an wie Meeresrauschen...
There are nice people in the house, everybody is friendly and fine to help others, two singles, two pairs with two kids. There is the train not far, but there are almost only S-Bahn (like metro, not loud), and the street near sounds more like the ocean (if you imagine...)
