Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es sind 5 min Fußweg bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Speyerer Straße und ca. 5-7 min zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Galluswarte. In 5 min ist man an der Skyline Plaza und in nur 10-15 min Fußweg am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof.
Die Nachbarn sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Ich selbst habe 5 Jahre in der Wohnung gelebt und bin sehr zufrieden.
Der Vermieter bittet um Vorlage eines Schufa (request now) - Beleges oder um die Erlaubnis sich selbst einen Schufa (request now) - Auszug ziehen zu dürfen.
