Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Seitenstraße des Grüneburgweg. REWE, Bioladen, Alnatura, Penny, Apothek, dm , Post, Cafés, Restaurants, kino, Grüneburgpark, Musikhochschule, Goethe Uni... alle in Laufnähe. Sie ist perfekt für eine Person ausgerichtet.

Ich möchte unrenoviert d.h. ungestrichen übergeben. Die Wohnungsübernahme ist an die Übernahme der Elektrogeräte und Möbel gebunden (siehe Sonstiges). Gesamtpreis hierfür: 2500€

Die Vermieterin braucht die letzte 2 Gehaltsabrechnung und Schufa (request now) -Selbstauskunft.
Studenten: Bürgschaften von Eltern

It is on a side street of Grüneburgweg. In the area you find lots of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, pharmacy, dm, post office. The cinema, Grüneburgpark, music university and Goethe University are also in the area. It is very convenient for one person.

Since I am moving out of Frankfurt, I would like to leave my furnitures and electrical equipments in the flat for 2500€. A list you can find in Sonstiges. And i will not paint the wall before moving out, so you can paint it in your favourite colour after moving in. Please only write me if you accept these 2 points.

The landlord needs 2 month pay slips and Schufa (request now) . For students you need a prove of support from your parents.
