33qm mit Küche im Hauptzimmer. Im Bad ist eine Dusche, keine Badewanne. Die Raumheizung geht über einen kleinen Gasofen, Warmwasserversorgung über einen neuen Elektroboiler. Die Wohnung ist im Innenhof und Tagsüber schön im Schatten; selbst bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist es noch relativ kühl. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, als Schlafmöglichkeit ist eine Schlafcouch drin. Gas und Strom kosten ca. 80€ bei der Infra, Internet gibst bis 500 MBit/s bei Vodafone-KabelDeutschland.
Einpersonenwohnung in der Nähe von Fürths Hauptbahnhof (direkt neben dem Logenhaus). HBF ist ca. 10 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt, Busse schon in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Johannisstraße ist eine wenig befahrene Nebenstraße, die Lage ist also sehr ruhig. Die Rednitz und die schönen Grünanlagen drumherum sind quasi vor der Haustüre.
Ich suche ab 1.9.2018 einen Nachmieter, da ich kurzfristig für längere Zeit ins Ausland muss. Die Zeit, die ich in der Wohnung verbracht habe, war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Vom Vermieter wird ein Einkommensnachweis (Lohnabrechnung letzte 3 Monate) und eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft verlangt. Einfach zu einer Besichtigung mitbringen.
