Hallo!
Ich suche ab Anfang April eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, da ich zum Sommersemester die Uni wechsele.
Die EG-Wohnung ist supergemütlich (Rattanteppich und hell-apricot gestrichen) mit Kochnische und eigenem Bad! Es gibt in dem Haus noch 4 Mieter: Noch einen im EG (Nachbartür im Flur), zwei im 1. Stock und einen im 2., die alle nett und hilfsbereit sind.
WaMa- und Trocknermitbenutzung im Haus ist möglich. Eine Bushaltestelle, Linie 5 Richtung Bahnhof, ist direkt vor der Haustür, Edeka 10min Fussweg.
