- sonniger, schöner Süd-Balkon ca. 5 qm
Für Kühlschrank, Laminat-Fußboden und Mikrowelle fällt ein Abstand an.
Eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine ist im Keller.
Besichtigung ist am Samstag, den 5. Dezember 2015 möglich. Ggf. kann die Wohnungsübergabe bereits am 30.12.2015 erfolgen.
Bei Interesse schickt mir bitte eine kurze Nachricht mit einer kurzen Vorstellung von euch (wer seid ihr, was macht ihr). Ich melde mich dann bei euch zur Absprache eines Besichtigungstermins.
