wir suchen zum 01.12.15 – also relativ schnell – einen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Wohnung in Bahrenfeld. Es ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einer großen Wohnküche, so dass man gut auch mal den Raum wechseln kann. Eine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden. Das Dusch-Bad ist – typisch hamburgisch – schmal geschnitten.

Holzdielen-Boden im Zimmer und Flur
Küche: Laminat
Die Lage ist super. Ca. 8 min. zur S1, eine Haltestelle bis nach Altona, 15 min bis zum Hbf. Bus-Haltestellen direkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in Ottensen. Vom Lidl bis zum Biomarkt ist auch alles um die Ecke (Bahrenpark).
Schreibt mir am besten ganz knapp etwas zu Euch. Der Vermieter bräuchte dann die üblichen Unterlagen (Gehaltsnachweis, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Vermieter-Bescheinigung). Braucht ihr aber noch nicht zur Besichtigung mitbringen.
