Da ich Anfang nächsten Jahres für ca. 4 Monate unterwegs sein werde, möchte ich meine schnuckelige Wohnung gern möbliert zwischenvermieten.
WOHNUNG:
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock eines kleineren Mehrfamilienhauses.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein kleines Bad, das mit großer Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Heizung ausgestattet ist. Außerdem habe ich noch ein Regal und einen kleinen Schubladenkasten für Hygieneartikel dort stehen. Es ist recht modern und mit dunkelgrauen Steinfliesen ausgelegt.
Im Flur habe ich in eine Nische einen offenen Kleiderschrank eingebaut. Hier kannst du all deine Kleidung in einem schmalen Schrank und an 2 Kleiderstangen unterbringen. Außerdem gibt es einen Schuhschrank und eine Garderobe.
Das Schlaf-/Alles-Andere-Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß. Hier finden sich ein 1,40m-Bett, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, zwei Regale, ein Wäscheständer, ein Staubsauger, ein Küchenschrank mit allem, was man in der Küche so braucht.
Die Küchennische grenzt direkt offen an das Schlafzimmer an. Sie ist klein, jedoch mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet: Herd/Backofen, Waschmaschine, Spüle und Kühlschrank.
Außerdem sind ein Internetanschluss und ein Smart-TV vorhanden. Der ist direkt am Fußende des Bettes angebracht - das sorgt für Heimkino-Feeling!
Du hast also reichlich Platz für deine Habseligkeiten und um dich in deiner Zeit hier wohl zu fühlen.
Die Nachbarn sind größtenteils eher jünger und das Haus ist recht ruhig. Durch wilde Parties wird man eigentlich nicht gestört.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten wie Internet, GEZ, Heiz- und Stromkosten bereits enthalten.

Since I will be on the road for about 4 months at the beginning of next year, I would like to rent out my cute apartment furnished.
APARTMENT:
It is a 1-room studio flat on the 1st floor of a smaller apartment building.
The apartment has a small bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet and heating. I also have a shelf and a small drawer for toiletries. It is quite modern and covered with dark grey stone tiles.
The rest of the apartment is covered with laminate. In the hallway I built an open wardrobe into a niche. Here you can store all your clothes in a slim closet and on 2 clothes rails. There is also a shoe cupboard and a coat rack.
The bedroom/all-other-stuff-room is approx. 17m². Here you will find a 1.40m bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, two cupboards, a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner and a kitchen cupboard with everything you need in the kitchen like glasses, pots and pans and so on.
The kitchenette is directly and openly adjacent to the bedroom. It is small, but equipped with everything you need: Stove/oven, washing machine, sink and refrigerator.
There is also an internet connection and a smart TV. It is attached directly to the foot end of the bed - this provides a home cinema feeling!
So you have plenty of room for your belongings and to feel comfortable here in your time.
The neighbours are mostly younger and the house is quite quiet. You are not disturbed by wild parties.
The rent includes all additional costs like internet, GEZ, heating and electricity.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Grenze von Eimsbüttel/Sternschanze/Altona-Nord.
Die rote Flora mitten auf dem Schulterblatt und diverse Bars und Clubs in der Sternschanze sind zu Fuß in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zur U-Bahn Christuskirche sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg,
Zur S-Bahn Holstenstraße sind es ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg,
S-/U-Bahn Sternschanze und U-Bahn Schlump etwa 15 Minuten
Bushaltestellen für die Linien 20,25 oder 15 sind in 5-10 Minuten erreicht.
Außerdem gibt es zwei Apotheken, einen Edeka, einen Lidl, einen Penny, einen Aldi und 2 Budnis, eine Haspa und alle Geschäfte der Schanze direkt um die Ecke bzw. maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Straße befindet sich ein Bäcker und in der nebenan gelegenen Bellealliancestraße gibt es schöne kleine Bars, Bistros und Restaurants, wo es ein wenig gemütlicher als in der Schanze zugeht. Was sowas angeht, kann ich dir bei deinem Einzug aber gern noch ein paar Tipps geben. ;)

The apartment is located directly at the border of Eimsbüttel/Sternschanze/Altona-Nord.
The Rote Flora in the middle of the street Schulterblatt and various bars and clubs can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes.
The subway Christuskirche is about 5 minutes walk away,
The S-Bahn Holstenstraße is about 7 minutes walk away,
S-/U-Bahn Sternschanze and U-Bahn Schlump approx. 15 minutes
Bus stops for lines 20,25 or 15 can be reached in 5-10 minutes.
In addition there are two pharmacies, one Edeka, one Lidl, one Penny, one Aldi and 2 Budnis, one Haspa and all the shops of the Sternschanze just around the corner or within 10 minutes walking distance. In the street there is a bakery and in the adjacent Bellealliancestraße there are nice small bars, bistros and restaurants, where it is a little more comfortable than in crowded Sternschanze. I can give you a few tips when you move in. ;)

Du suchst etwas für 3-4 Monate und bist z.B. wegen eines Praktikums, wegen deines Jobs oder aufgrund deines Studiums vorübergehend in Hamburg. Eine Verlängerung der Zwischenmiete ist nicht möglich. Parties sind leider nicht möglich, aber wegen der Nähe zur Schanze eigentlich auch nicht nötig. ;)
Du bist ordentlich, gewissenhaft, zuverlässig und sauber.
Wichtig ist, dass du eine Selbstauskunft inkl. Schufa (request now) /Gehaltsnachweisen vorweisen kannst bzw. deine Eltern ggf. für dich bürgen. Weitere Details können gern direkt besprochen werden.
Zu den monatlichen Kosten kommt noch eine Kaution hinzu.

You are looking for something for 3-4 months and are temporarily in Hamburg because of an internship, your job or your studies. An extension of the interim rent is not possible. Parties are unfortunately not possible, but because of the nearby Schanze they are not necessary. ;)
You are tidy, conscientious, reliable and clean.
It is important that you can show a self-declaration of your financial situation incl. Schufa (request now) / salary certificates or that your parents can vouch for you if necessary. Further details can be discussed directly.
A deposit will be added to the monthly costs.
