WICHTIG BITTE LESEN:
Die Wohnung wird von privat vermietet. Eine positive Schufa (request now) , eine feste Anstellung und die letzten 2 Gehaltsnachweise sind nötig.
Den Kleiderschrank (Ikea) habe ich extra für die Wohnung gekauft, da der Platz dort begrenzt ist. Das Bett inkl. Matratze und die Waschmaschine wird ebenfalls in der Wohnung bleiben. Die Ablöse für die Möbel ist 1800€ und ist Voraussetzung.
Andernfalls kann ich euch als Nachmieter nicht vorstellen.
Ich suche zum 05.11. / 10.11. / 15.11.2023 eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Wohnung in Hamburg Wandsbek. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist "Friedrich-Ebert-Damm West" und nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat 50m2 verteilt auf ein schönes, großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon, kleines Schlafzimmer, moderne Küche (ebenfalls Zugang zum Balkon) mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen/Herd sowie großem Kühlschrank/Eisfach.
Das Duschbad hat leider kein Fenster, ist aber ebenfalls sehr schön. Ein kleiner Eingangsbereich mit Einbauschrank gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung und bietet viel Stauraum.
Der Balkon ist ruhig nach hinten ins Grüne gelegen und bietet viel Platz.
