You will have a lovely view of the verdant inner yard. There are roof pitches; nevertheless, almost all windows are vertical as usual. All rooms - bath, kitchen, living area - have windows. The sleeping area is separated by a step from the living room area. The corridor ends with a walk-in closet. The adjacent attic can be used to dry clothes. In the cellar an individual section stays at your disposal.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in 5 Minuten fußläufiger Entfernung von dem großen Hannoveraner Stadtwald, der Eilenriede. In 2 Minuten ist man an der Stadtbahn-Haltestelle Pelikanstraße. Von dort braucht man mit den Linien 3, 7, und 9 unter 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (= Stadtzentrum). Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es z.B. an der Stadtbahnhaltestelle (Netto), in 10 Minuten fußläufiger Entfernung (Rewe) oder am Hauptbahnhof (Lidl 7 Tage die Woche, Kaufland).
After a 5 minutes walk you can enjoy the big Hanover forest - the Eilenriede. The tram stop Pelikanstraße is within a 2 minutes walking distance. Starting there, you can reach the central station (= city center) in 10 minutes taking the trams 3, 7, or 9. Nevertheless, the flat is peacefully situated. Stores are found e.g. at the tram stop (discounter Netto), within 10 minutes of walk (Rewe), and at the central station (Lidl 7/7, huge supermarket Kaufland).
