Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Jena Lobeda Ost. Die Wohnung ist 33 m² groß.
Die Miete beträgt 375 € warm, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (außer Strom und Internet)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Netto-Supermarkt und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schlegelstraße entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Universität ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar.
Auf Wunsch kann man auch einen Parkplatz mieten.
Ich möchte meine Möbel in der Wohnung lassen und verlange dafür 600 € VB. Die Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und bestehen aus :(siehe auch Fotos)
