Hi, ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter und evtl. kann ich den Mietzeitraum verlängern. Dein Zimmer hat 16qm + 3 Fenster, ist ruhig gelegen und vollmöbiliert (Hochbett, Tisch, Regal, Matratze). Die Lage ist ruhig, von hier aus sind es nur 4 Min zur Bushaltestelle zu Fuß und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 15 Min mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof. WLAN ist vorhanden mit sehr gute geschwindigkeit
Briefkasten und Klingelschild bleiben auf meinem Namen beschriftet.
Die Wohnung ist Teil einer 81qm großen und schönen Altbauwohnung. Die WG besteht aus: Janos (24), spielt und guckt gerne Fußball und Tabea (26), hier wird ganz gerne karten gespielt. Wir sind recht kommunikativ in der WG und machen auch gerne was zusammen. Ggf. können wir das Zimmer verlängern oder auch verkürzen. ;)

Hi, I sublet my room and maybe I can extend the rental period. Your room has 16 sqm + 3 windows, is quiet and fully furnished (loft bed, table, shelf, mattress). The location is quiet, from here it is only a 4 minute walk to the bus stop and all shops, 15 minutes by bike to the train station.
The letterbox and doorbell will remain in my name. WiFi is available at a very good speed.
The apartment is part of a 81sqm large and beautiful old building. The flat share consists of: Janos (24), who likes to play and watch football and Tabea (26), who loves to play cards here. We are very communicative in the flat share and also like to do something together. Possibly. we can extend or shorten the room. ;)
