Gesucht wird ein:e Mieter.in für eine vollständig kernsanierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Hochparterre in zentraler Lage in unmittelbarer Lage zwischen Förde und Holtenauer Straße - zentraler kann man in Kiel kaum wohnen :-)
Saniert wurden das Bad, der Fußboden und die Küche (inkl. Platz für die Waschmaschine), die Fenster ausgetauscht und alles frisch gestrichen.
In der Warmmiete sind bereits die üblichen Nebenkosten (Heizung, Müll, Hausmeister etc.) enthalten. Eine Besichtigung ist nach vorheriger Absprache möglich!
Lage Lage Lage!
Die Wohnung liegt im absoluten Hotspot von Kiel. Die Holtenauer Straße in Wurfweite, Düsternbrook und sowie Förde super schnell zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist 300m „weit“ weg, der Bäcker keine 200m. Die Öffis sind ebenso schnell erreichbar.
Nachweis über Schufa (request now) , Einkommensnachweis sowie Hausrat- und Haftpflichtversicherung sind ebenso obligatorisch wie die Kaution.
Keine Haustiere. Nichtraucher.
