Gesucht wird ein/e Mieter/in auf Zeit für eine kernsanierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Hochparterre in direkter Nähe zur Uniklinik.

Als Extra hat die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon, der direkt an den schönen Stadtgarten grenzt. Saniert wurden das Bad und die Küche (inkl. Platz für die Waschmaschine), die Fenster ausgetauscht und alles frisch gestrichen.

In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten: Nebenkosten der Wohnung sowie Strom, Heizung, TV und Internet. Eine Besichtigung ist nach vorheriger Absprache möglich!

Lage Lage Lage. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Grenze zwischen Düsternbrook und Brunswik, direkt an der Uniklinik. Ein Supermarkt ist 300m „weit“ weg, der Bäcker keine 200. Die Öffis sind ebenso schnell erreichbar. Die Holtenauer mit all seinen Geschäften ist genauso weit weg wie die Förde, in beide Richtungen sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof liegt 8 Busminuten entfernt.

Nachweis über Schufa (request now) sowie Hausrat- und Haftpflichtversicherung sind ebenso obligatorisch wie die Kaution.
