ich suche ab dem 01.12.21 einen Untermieter für meine moderne 1- Zimmer Wohnung in der Waitzstraße 90 in Kiel. Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten, sodass es sich nicht um die "typische" 1- Zimmer Wohnung handelt. (siehe Bilder)
Badezimmer sowie Küche sind modernisiert und geräumig genug für eine Person. Auch sehr positiv ist die Loggia, welche ich derzeit als kleines Arbeitszimmer nutze, damit das Schlafzimmer vom Arbeitszimmer getrennt ist.

Die Waitzstraße ist sehr zentral in Kiel, sodass die Uni, der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Bushaltestellen in so gut wie jede Richtung findet man nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch die schöne Kieler Förde erreicht man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell. Die Bergstraße, welche in Kiel als DIE Straße für alle Nachtaktiven bekannt ist, ist zu Fuß ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen, sodass man nach einem gelungenen Abend zu Fuß nach Hause gehen kann.

Es wird eine Bürgschaft, sowie eine SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft benötigt.
