• large balcony
• quiet in the courtyard
• Washing machine in the basement for shared use
• 5 min to the Post Road, 8 min to Eifelstraße
• Warm rental: 770 € (incl. electricity & WLAN)

Period: 01.08.25 – 01.03.26 (optional 15.02.26)
