Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen Mühlheim und Deutz. Man läuft in 5-10 Minuten zur Haltestelle Stegerwaldsiedlung oder Koelnmesse (Bahnen 3 und 4 Richtung Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld, Mühlheim, Holweide). Der Deutzer Bahnhof ist 15 Minuten entfernt und von dort kommt man gut überall hin (Universität 14 Min., Innenstadt 8 Min., Ehrenfeld 10 Min., Nippes 8 Min.). Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Deutzer Messe in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Lidl (circa 3 Min.) und das Mühlheimer Zentrum und das Deutzer Zentrum sind jeweils circa 15 Minuten entfernt. Dort findet man DM, Rossman, Rewe und türkische Supermärkte etc.
Die Wohnung ist mit 36qm für ein Zimmer sehr groß. Sie ist hufeisenfömig aufgebaut, so dass es wirkt wie zwei Zimmer. Die Schreibtisch-, Bettecke ist abgetrennt vom Wohn- und Kochbereich. Durch die beiden großen Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Eine Küchenzeile ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen und Waschbecken vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, werden die Möbel soweit drinnen bleiben und wenn du magst, auch die Pflanzen.
Die Wohnung kann auch ab Mitte September gemietet werden.

I am subletting my beautiful and cozy apartement in Cologne Deutz/Mühlheim.
Within 10-15 Minutes walk you get to the closest Trainstations and from there you can reach the City Centre, University and other parts of the Town easily.
There are also different grocery stores around which you can easily reach by foot or train in 3-15 Minutes.
Since I will study one Semester abroad I am subletting my apartement and the furniture you see on the photos will stay in there. Also if you want, I will let the plants there too.
