I'm looking for a new tenant for my cute apartment with a nice view from 1st April.

It consists of a small hallway in which there is a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a sink, a refrigerator, and a cupboard for storing all kitchen utensils. The hallway leads to the bathroom (with shower and toilet) and the living room/bedroom. The cooking area is separated from the living area by a door. The living room/bedroom faces the backyard and is therefore not disturbed by street noise. The high ceilings make the room look even bigger and the large window front with a view of the Colonius makes it nice and bright.

In the room, there is a custom-made loft bed including a slatted frame (120x200). Which must be taken over. The loft bed saves a lot of space and offers an additional "2nd floor". In addition to the loft bed, the next tenant must also take over a sofa bed, a Kallax shelf, bookshelves, chest of drawers, mirror cabinet, storage in the bathroom etc. A discount of "500€" is due for this.
