Es handelt sich um ein einzelapartement, komplett möbliert. Das ist sehr hell und schien und ruhig. Das Internet wird davor noch installiert!
Ich fahre am 10ten april nach Tel Aviv, meldet euch vorher :-)
Du kannst alleine Aber auch zu zweit einziehen, da das Zimmer durch einen großen Vorhang getrennt ist...für Paare Ideal! Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Bettsofa. Sonst ist alles da was man braucht.
Supermarkt um die Ecke. Broetchen auch! Bahnhaltestelle der 7(stuttgenhof) und der schöne Stadtwald nur ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ich werde für 3monate nach Österreich und ihr könnt in der zeit bei mir wohnen! Das ganze soll möglichst unkompliziert ablaufen..
Die 450,- Kaution kriegt ihr natuerlich zurück, falls ihr nichts kaputt macht:-)
Die Einzugs und Auszugsdaten sind als flexibel anzusehen...wir können über alles reden, falls ihr ne WOche weniger oder länger bleiben wollt.
