Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Stadtwald und 5 Gehminuten zum Aachener Weiher. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 146) ist direkt vor der Tür und man fährt 8 Min zum Rudolfplatz (Zentrum von Köln) und 15 Min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohung hat einen schönen Balkon (passend zur Sommerzeit) und einen kleinen gemütlichen Hinterhof, der (auch zum Grillen) benutzt werden kann. Das Parken vor dem Haus ist umsonst und an findet immer Platz. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, hat eine kleine Pantry-Küche, ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränke. Geschirr etc sind natürlich auch vorhanden. Das Bad ist ziemlich groß. Ich werde in den Monaten beruflich in Berlin sein und untervermiete daher die Wohnung.
