Ich suche zum 15.04.2019 (auch früher nach Absprache) einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln-Lindenthal.
Zur Wohnung:
-40qm
-1 Zimmer + Küche + Abstellkammer im Flur
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Zülpicher Str. direkt an der Haltestelle Weyertal.
Uni und Unimensa sind innerhalb von 5 min fußweg erreichbar. Ebenso die Uniklinik. Auch alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs (Netto, Lidl) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Erwartungen an den Nachmieter:
-Die Einbauküche inkl. Elektrogeräte (Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) sowie einige Gegenstände (u.a Sofa, Spiegel Flur, Sicherheitsschloss Haustür,...) aus der Wohnung müssen zu einem Festpreis von 1600€ übernommen werden.
-festes Einkommen bzw. Elternbürgschaft/ Eltern als Mitmieter
-Kaution
-einwandfreie SCHUFA (request now)
