Kleines Studio direkt an der Uniklinik

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem Raum mit etwa 20qm mit einer kleinen Kochnische, dem Bad und einem Kellerabteil. Sie ist definitiv für nur eine Person geeignet und du solltest mal mindestens planen ein Jahr hier zu wohnen. Keine Raucher.

Zur Kochnische gehört ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Tischbackofen, zwei portable Herdplatten (Induktion), ein Spülbecken, ein Unter- und ein Oberschrank. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Das Kellerabteil ist abschließbar, trocken und groß genug für ein Fahrrad, einen Wäscheständer und ein paar Regale, aber echte Wertsachen würde ich dort nicht lagern. Zusätzlich können Fahrräder auch im Hinterhof geparkt werden. In jedem Fall muss das Fahrrad aber eine kurze Treppe runtertragen, da der Zugang zum Hinterhof über den Keller erfolgt.

Küchenbereich, Flur und Bad sind gefliest, im Wohnraum ist der Boden aus Kork.

Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und man kennt sich gegenseitig, besonders weil die meisten Pakete bei einem im Erdgeschoss landen wenn man oft zuhause ist.

Es gibt ein paar Möbel, die ich gerne da lassen möchte, aber der Kauf dieser Möbel ist NICHT Voraussetzung für den Zuschlag, da ich das als Erpressung empfinde. Wenn ihr sie nicht wollt, stelle ich sie bei eBay-Kleinanzeigen ein.
Zu den Möbeln gehört:
- Ein ausziehbarer Esstisch aus Massivholz mit sechs Stühlen (10€)

The studio consists of one room of roughly 20qm with a small kitchen area, a small hallway, a bathroom and a cellar compartment. The studio is only big enough for a one-person household and you should plan to live here for at least a year. No smokers.

The kitchen consists of a small fridge, a portable stove, a portable oven. There is also some storage space and a sink. The bathroom contains a bathtub. The cellar compartment has a lock and is big enough for a bike, some shelves and a cloths drying rack. It is pretty dry for a cellar, but I would advise against storing valuables there. Alternatively, you can park your bike in the rear courtyard, but in either case the bike has to be carried down a short staircase.

The floor of the kitchen area, hallway and bathroom is tiled. The floor in the main room is out of cork.

All neighbors are nice and familiar, especially since the location of the studio resulted in me accepting a lot of packages for them.

There is some furniture I would like to leave there, but the purchase of this furniture is NOT a condition for getting the apartment, because I feel that this would be extortion. If you don't want them, I will post them on eBay.
