Dear respective tenant,
I am pleased to post that there is a beautiful, bright and cozy 1 room flat, which is available in Lindenthal (nearby the University of Köln).
The apratment is on 4th floor but you can conveniently come-and-go with the elevator.
The flat is 26 sqm and consists of a small hallway (Diele), bedroom, bathroom, and small fully-equipped kitchen. The flat has two large, brand-new windows in the corner, which lets in a lot of sunshine from morning to late afternoon. It definitely makes you feel cozy in your own space and you could also enjoy a cafe-like atmosphere when you open the windows in the summer while watching the sun go down.
The small, fully-equipped kitchen is designed to save the maximum amount of space. The bathroom is very well placed, however, kindly note that the washing machine cannot be equipped into the flat. Luckily, the washing salon is just 1-2 mins walk away.
The hallway (Diele) separates your own space from the entrance door and you can also optimize this space for shoes and closet as it is currently being used.
The flat is located in the center of Lindenthal, which is a highly desirable living quarter in Köln. Also, the University of Köln and Uniklinik are very close to the flat. It usually takes a 5 mins walk to get from the apartment to the university.
The apartment is well connected by public transportation. To get to the city center, there are two buses (line 136 and 146) and it takes approx. 10 mins to Rudolfplatz and 12 mins to Neumarkt. From those main stations, you can also transfer to trams (lines 1, 7, 9, 12, 15) depending on where you want to go.
The parks are very closeby to the flat, you can go to Aachener Weiher in 3 mins and other small/big parks are easily reachable by foot.
We are looking for someone who can take care of the flat as your own home and can stay for ideally a longer period.
The move-in date is ideally 6th of February, but we can still consider by end of February. It will be discussed once again with you.
