Da ich Köln verlasse, muss ich meine kleine aber feine Wohnung in Köln Mülheim aufgeben. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Fußbodenheizung und die Fenster sind ganz neu und super isoliert, sodass ich fast nie heizen musste.
Die Wohnung ist 3 min. von der Haltestelle "Wiener Platz" entfernt. einen Rewe erreicht man in 5 min. Am Rhein, wo es zwei sehr nette Cafes gibt, ist man fußläufig innerhalb von 3 min.
Voraussetzung zur Wohnungsübernahme ist der Abkauf der Küchenzeile (200,00€) und der Abkauf meiner erst 4 Jahre alten Waschmaschiene, welche sich angeschlossen im Keller befindet (300,00€). Außerdem müsstet ihr meinen Internetvertrag (1&1) übernehmen. Eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und eine Elternbürgschaft (falls ihr noch keine gesicherten Einkünfte habt) wären außerdem auch noch notwendig.
