Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe und wir schon eine neue Wohnung haben, vermiete ich meine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung im März unter. Gleich vorweg: Es könnte sein, dass in der Zeit Besichtigungen stattfinden. Wenn dem so ist, würde ich das natürlich mit Dir absprechen.
Eine kurze Übersicht zu meiner Wohnung: Im Flur befindet sich eine Abstellkammer für Staubsauger & Co, dann gibt es das kleine aber moderne Bad (ohne Fenster), die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet Platz zum sitzen. Im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Schrank, Sofa und Bett (1,40m breit).

As I am moving in with my boyfriend and we already have a new apartment, I am suplleting my 1.5 room apartment in March. Right away: It is possible that there may be flat viewers, that want to visit during this time. If that's the case, I'd be happy to discuss it with you.
A brief overview of my apartment: there is a storage room for vacuum cleaner & co., a small but modern bathroom (without windows), the kitchen is completely equipped and offers space to sit. In the bedroom/living room there is a large wardrobe, sofa and bed (1.40m wide).
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der S- und U-Bahnstation Hansaring. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Trotz der Nähe zu der Bahn ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Alles wichtige Supermärkte, Restaurants usw. findest Du in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is located directly at the subway station Hansaring. The walk to the main station takes about 10 minutes. Despite the proximity to the train station, the apartment is situated in a quiet area. All important supermarkets, restaurants etc. can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Die Wohnung ist direkt bezugsfertig und voll möbliert, nur Bettbezüge und Handtücher müsstest Du mitbringen. Ich ziehe in die unmittelbare Nähe um, bin also auch einfach zu erreichen.

The apartment is ready to move in and fully furnished, only bedding and towels would have to be brought along. I move into the immediate neighbourhood, so I'm easy to reach.
