Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine helle 1 ZKB mit ca. 42 qm. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Bad inkl. Dusche (Anschlüsse und Platz für Waschmaschine, etc. vorhanden), EBK und einen Balkon. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch dabei. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Weg vom Stellplatz zur Wohnung ist sehr kurz und perfekt zum Ausladen der Einkäufe. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG. Ein großzügiges Kellerabteil ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Waschraum und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 575 € + 90 € für den TG-Stellplatz. NK-Vorauszahlung 125 €. Die Warmmiete beträgt somit zur Zeit 790 €.
Außerdem muss für 500 € ein Kühlschrank, die Gardinen sowie ein Badezimmerspiegel übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung kann ab dem 01.01.2019 angemietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet in der schönen Südstadt direkt an der Ülepooz (Ulrepforte) in der Nähe des Volksgarten. Der Chlodwigplatz ist ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in den Innenhof der Wohnanlage.
Ein Grundriss ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Bei Interesse bitte auch Angaben zu Deiner Person machen. Die Vermieterin wünscht ein festes Einkommen und eine saubere Schufa (request now) .
