27 sqm apartment available in front of bar Schmitz on Aachener Straße. Excellent location near the Belgian quarter and all the nightlife. Old building and the apartment is partially furnished at no additional cost. Central heating, electric water heater in the bath. Warm rent is 469 plus electricity (about 15 Euro). Fully equipped kitchen and nice shower bath.
As the landlord is away, a binding contract will be signed from the month of July. (Although the apartment is free now)
He requires the following documents : ID card, Proof of income, and Schufa (request now) .
Aachener Straße 25. In front of the belgian quarter and in front of Cafe Schmitz. Laundromat 5 minutes walk Ecofrienly wash. Rewe, netto, filmpalast, yoga studio, JustFit gym all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Rudolfplatz is 2 minutes by foot and friesenplatz 8 minutes away. Perfectly well located and nice ambient all around!
I am moving and therefore need someone who can occupy starting July. The apartment is free now, although if you need a place short term it would only be available for a month depending on wether the Landlord chooses you for permanent lease. He is a very nice and professional guy and would only consider people that have full documentation in hand ID, Proof of income and Schufa (request now) .
