ich suche für meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, zum 05.11.2013, einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Küche + Backofen und Mikrowelle, ein Sessel, ein dünnes Regal).
Da ich einige Möbelstücke in der Wohnung zurücklassen werde, müssten diese übernommen werden. (Doppelbett mit der Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Ikea-Schreibtisch und ein Drehstuhl dazu, Fernsehtisch)
Für all diese Sachen nehme ich einen Abschlag von 85€.
Daher möchte ich darum bitten, dass sich nur Interessenten melden, die bereit sind, den Abschlag zu zahlen und das Appartement zum 05/06.11.2013 zu mieten.
-Kaution: 3 Kaltmiete
