fully furnitured 1-room apartment, huge balcony in citycenter

i am looking for a responsible person who wanne rent my lovely apartment in the best city location, only 10 minutes WALKING to the university, and 5 minutes to zuelpicher platz or barbarossaplatz. its a really vivid, young neighbourhood where mainly students hang out. You find all kind of little restaurants and cafes, and many other shops here like copyshops, kiosk etc. there are 3 supermarkets in walking distance.

Its fully furnitured. there is a quiet small bathroom with mirror, toilet and shower, then a little floor, one big room with sofa and a (very stable) loftbed, a table with two chairs, some boards to store stuff and cloths, dust sucker and other cleaning stuff, the kitchen is within this sleeping/living room but a big nice curtain can seperate it from the sleeping/living room. the kitchen has a washing machine (not the newest, but perfectly functioning!), a little oven, microwave, a stove with two hot plates, all kind of pots and pans etc.

the best of the apartment is besides the central location, the big big balcony. seriously its awesome. you can invite at least 8 people for a barbecue or afternoon beer or morning breakfast ;) its shared with my neighbour, means both have access to the balcony but you can also seperate your part of the balcony if you wish though. moreover he never uses the the balcony anyway.

there is no internet connection yet. but you can put some wifi connection on your name if you feel like it. from past experience it cost usually around 25 euro per month to do so. its no problem to cancel the internet contract if you tell them company 3 months in advance.

i will quit my electricity company, so you can do your own contract for that period of time. its very easy to do so and its even better for you, as you will just pay what you use. i can help you to do this, in case you dont know how to do it. from past experience i can say that i paid around 30 euro per months. it really depends on your use. i heat wth electricity.

the renting contract will include a deposit sheet of 750 euro. means before you move in you have to pay a deposit of 750euro for my furniture and possible damages like breaking windows or so. this deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks after the end of the contract. i am not interested in fuck you over or so, but this deposit is just a security back up for me. we will do a contract for the deposit payment, so that you also have a wriiten security that you paid that amount of money to me.

moreover I ask for a letter of awareness signed by your parents in case you are a student or down to 32 years. this method is very common in germany and just tells that your parents have to pay the rent for you in case you dont pay it.

i am not in germany during september so everything has to be done by skype and email. but i am in cologne till 16.june, in case you are around.

as i am not sure if i really come back in february 2019, the contract can be extended if it is also in your interest. if you just can stay for half year or one year, we can also do a renting contract for this period of time.
