Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Sülz. Das Leben ist im Haus sehr angenehm und ruhig. Ab und an findet auch ein Umtrunk im Haus statt oder man hält ein Pläuschchen im Waschkeller (Waschmaschine- und Trocknerbenutzung sind im Preis mit drin).
Die Wohnung wird nur bei Abnahme der Möbel (500€) vermietet. Ebenso muss der Internet-/Telefonvertrag (25€) übernommen werden.
Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Hinterhof für Fahrräder, bei Interesse kann auch ein Autostellplatz angemietet werden.
In Sülz ist man wunderbar in Köln angesiedelt, die Linie 9, 18 und 13 sind schnell zu erreichen. 5min zum Uniklinikum, 15min zur Universität. In 100m Entfernung liegt ein Netto. Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann liegen nur 500m entfernt. Sülz ist die Hochburg der hippen jungen Familien, daher ist alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und Abends ruhig - man ist aber in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, wenn man es mal nicht so ruhig haben will :P

Schufa (request now) , Elternbürgschaft/Gehaltsnachweis sollten bestenfalls schon griffbereit sein.
