The room is fully furnished with a separate bathroom, a separate kitchen including a microwave, a big oven, a fridge, and a washing machine. Please notice that It is a room for only one person to live, not possible for a couple! A girl would be preferred. Please leave your phone number in your message so that the we can call you back.
The apartment locates very close to Eifelplatz, where you can find nice cafes, shops, and pharmacies. The Volksgarten park is around the corner, nice for jogging. The publication transport tram 12 is in 3 mins walking distance, 16 and 18 are in 10 minutes walking distance. The city center and university can be easily reached within 10 minutes.
The earliest moving-in date will be the beginning of June. The middle of June is also acceptable. The Landlady is a very nice, generous German lady who speaks very good English. The warm rent (Warmmiete) is 710 euros. The electricity and internet are not included. My experience with electricity cost is around 30 euros per month. The cost of the apartment, in the end, is up to 800 euros per month. Schufa (request now) and Einkommensnachweis are needed from the Landlady side. The minimum rental period is one year.
