Liebe Leute,
Ich biete mein kleines aber feines Apartment zur Zwischenmiete mit möglicher übermahne an. (Bei Interesse)
Es handelt sich um eine ca 28² große WHG mit einem schönen Süd Balkon. das Wohnhaus ist ruhig und mit vielen Studenten bewohnt.
Unweit vom Haus befindet sich der Vorgebirgspark sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und KVB um die Ecke.
Das Bad ist sehr alt aber hat eine Badewanne :) Ich habe in dem Apartment ein Hochbett. Es passt aber auch locker unter dem Hochbett sowie ein Einzel Bett darunter. (Platz für Besuch;)
Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und genügend Stauraum sowie eine Kleiderstange.

Die Anbindung ist super.
Die Linie 12 Haltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt.
Bis zum Barbarossaplatz braucht man ca 10 Minuten.
Bis zum HBF ca 25 Minuten
In der Wohnung könnte nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter auch ein Haustier mitgebracht werden.
