Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, aber ich muss sie leider abgeben, da ich eine WG ziehe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock in Richtung Süd Seite, das bedeutet dass immer schön viel Licht reinkommt, was wirklich nice ist.
Außerdem gibt es einen Waschkeller, sowie einen Fahrradkeller.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Südstadion (Haltestelle Pohligstraße) und man kann wirklich alles super schnell erreichen.
Zur Uni braucht man zu Fuß 15min, die Südstadt ist auch nur 5min mit dem Rad entfernt und direkt vor der Tür fährt die Bahn (besser geht fast nicht). Auch wenn man feiern geht kommt man immer gut nachhause.
Direkt um die Ecke (2min zu Fuß) sind die ZollstockArkarden mit dm, Rewe, Aldi und ein Lidl ist auch nicht weit.

Es handelt sich bei der Wohnung um ein privates Studentenheim, was bedeutet, dass du auch Student*innen als Nachbarn hast.
Allerdings musst du eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorweisen können.
Außerdem braucht der Vermieter eine positive Schufa (request now) und am besten eine Bürgschaft.
