The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building in Neuhrenfeld. There is no elevator in the house, so you should make it on foot to the 4th floor. ;-) She's completely out to the back so it's very quiet. The jewel of the apartment is a magnificent terrace overlooking the green. In the summer you have a 2nd large room and the apartment feels significantly larger than the square meter number suggests. You have to expect a squirrel visit at any time. :-)

In addition to the main room, the apartment has a separate small kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a small hallway. The apartment is perfect for an individual. I rent the apartment furnished, so there is everything available to move in directly. Bed linen and towels should be provided.

Electricity, heating costs, W-LAN and GEZ fees are included in the rental price.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage eines Altbaus in Neuehrenfeld. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl im Haus, man sollte es also zu Fuß bis in die 4. Etage schaffen. ;-) Sie liegt komplett nach hinten raus, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Das Juwel der Wohnung ist eine herrliche Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Damit hat man im Sommer quasi ein 2. großes Zimmer und die Wohnung fühlt sich deutlich größer an, als die Quadratmeterzahl vermuten lässt. Mit Eichhörnchenbesuch muss man jederzeit rechnen. :-)

Neben dem Hauptzimmer besitzt die Wohnung eine abgetrennte kleine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen kleinen Flur. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Einzelperson. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert, es ist also alles vorhanden, um direkt einzuziehen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten bitte mitgebracht werden.

Strom, Heizkosten, W-LAN und GEZ-Gebühren sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Bei Interesse bewerbt euch bitte mit Gehaltsnachweis und Schufa-Auskunft. Solltet ihr die Monatsmieten vorab am Stück bezahlen, verzichte ich auf derartige Nachweise.
