Ich bin Karlotta (22) aus Ulm (D) und beginne im September mein Studium an der IMC FH Krems (Gesundheitswesen). Ich suche ab dem 15. September 2019 - oder auch schon früher, eine kleine 1-1,5-Zi-Wohnung. Optimal wäre eine Größe ab ca. 25qm bei einer Warmmiete von etwa 450€. Super wäre auch eine kleine montierte Küchenzeile/Küchennische, aber nicht nötig.
