The owner of the apartment is the Heidelberger Wohnen GmbH. If interested in the apartment, the tenant should contact Heidelberger Wohnen GmbH and provide the required proof to be approved by them. If Heidelberger Wohnen GmbH is willing to sign a lease directly, this will be done with the company. If the company insists on the expiry of the main tenant's lease on 31.10.2024, a sublease agreement must be signed for this period with a time limit up to this date.
