Die Haltestelle Südstraße mit tram 7 Richtung Böhlitz Ehrenberg von Hauptbahnhof Leipzig entfernt nur 23minuten. Haltestelle der Bahnlinie 7 sowie der Buslinien 62 entfernt nur 1 min zum Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Sparkasse, Bibliothek, Wendl, Donershop usw.
** The Südstraße bus-stop with tram 7 in the direction of Böhlitz Ehrenberg is only 23 minutes away from Leipzig main station. The Bus-stop is just 1-minute walk away. Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Sparkasse, Library, Bakery, Donershop, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity.
Ich würde nur mein Wohnzimmer vermieten und es wird mit einer Matratze, einem Fernseher, einem Schreibtisch/Stuhl ausgestattet sein. Alle anderen Bereiche der Wohnung (Bad, Küche) sind voll möbliert. Ordnung, Sauberkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sollten selbstverständlich sein :). Bei Interesse oder Fragen, Schreib mir doch einfach. Die Adresse gebe ich erst, wenn wir uns für eine Besichtigung vereinbaren haben.
**I would only rent one room(living room) and it will come with a bed, a tv, a reading table and chair. All other areas of the apartment (bathroom, kitchen) are fully furnished. Order, cleanliness and mutual consideration should of course be a priority. If you are interested or have any questions, just write me. I won't give out the address until we have agreed on a viewing date, and if you like it here, we can extend how long you stay which then comes with registration.
