Meine Studienzeit neigt sich stark dem Ende entgegen. Daher suche ich einen Nachmieter/in für meine WG. Es befinden sich neue Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Hifi-Anlage) in meinem Zimmer, die ich gern mit übergeben möchte. Habe das Zimmer selbst erst seit einem Jahr bewohnt. Das Zimmer ist zu dem frisch gestrichen und der Teppich mit einem Vorwerksauger gereinigt - wie neu. Internet bekommt man kostenlos über Freifunknet. Für das einfache Surfen und Emails schreiben reicht es aus. Es handelt sich um einer 3er WG. Die beiden Mitbewohner (eine Frau und ein Mann) sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen.
Bei Interesse werde ich mich umgehend bei dir melden! Bilder kann ich auf Anfrage schicken. Besichtigung ist nur am Wochenende möglich!
