ich vermiete meine moderne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Leipzig-Gohlis.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG und ist durch den großen Erker sehr hell. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr offen geschnitten, d.h. es findet sich eine amerikanische Küche vor (Einbauküche), die im Mietpreis enthalten ist.
Der Fahrradkeller ist sehr groß und es gibt eine recht große Tiefgarage.
Der Keller befindet sich auf dem Dachboden und ist somit sehr trocken und auch geräumig.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive Heizung und Betriebskosten 295 Euro warm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Gohlis-Süd. Man ist schnell am Fluss zum Auensee und somit im Grünen. Aber auch ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit: 10Minuten mit der Tram 11 oder 10, die alle 5 Minuten fahren, oder mit dem Rad auch schon in 15Minuten.
Kaufland, Aldi, Stadtteilbibliothek etc. in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
