The apartment is located in Plagwitz, right on the white Elster Canal. Nearby are numerous parks ( Clara -, Johanna-, Palmengarten) and it is really beautiful and green. In the other direction is the Karl - Heine - street with bars, cafes, cinema & small shops, where in summer there is always something going on and you can stroll a bit or sit in front of the Späti in the evening.
By bike to downtown you need 14 min, there are several stations approx. 8min away, with which you also need about 15 min to the center.
Supermarkets & bakers & drugstores are all within walking distance (Aldi, Edeka, slightly further Lidl/Penny/Rewe).

Die Wohnung liegt in Plagwitz, direkt am weiße Elster Kanal. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Parks ( Clara -, Johanna-, Palmengarten) und es ist wirklich schön und grün. In die andere Richtung ist die Karl - Heine - Straße mit Bars, Cafés, Kino & kleinen Läden, wo im Sommer auch immer was los ist und man schon ein bisschen flanieren oder sich abends vor den Späti setzen kann.
Mit dem Fahrrad Richtung Innenstadt braucht man 14 Min, es sind mehrere Bahnstationen ca. 8min entfernt, mit denen man auch ca. 15 min ins Zentrum braucht.
Supermärkte & Bäcker & Drogerien sind alle fußläufig erreichbar (Aldi, Edeka, etwas weiter Lidl/Penny/Rewe).

I love the apartment and the area very much and have lived here for the last two years because of my studies, but move on a few streets with my friend and therefore the apartment becomes free. It would certainly be possible to take over some furniture and the kitchen for a small detachment, which I also have from the renter. Is everything good intact :) Otherwise, a later arrival date would also be possible, I have already terminated the apartment and in the best case find someone who takes the apartment earlier so that I do not have to pay double rent.
Then I would transfer the data to the house administration, but they are very culant and respond quickly.

Ich liebe die Wohnung und die Gegend sehr und habe die letzten zwei Jahre wegen meines Studiums hier gewohnt, ziehe aber ein paar Straßen weiter mit meinem Freund zusammen und daher wird die Wohnung frei. Es wäre sicherlich möglich einige Möbel und die Küche für eine kleine Ablöse zu übernehmen, die habe ich auch noch vom Vormieter. Ist alles noch gut intakt :) Ansonsten wäre ein späterer Einzugstermin auch möglich, ich habe die Wohnung schon gekündigt und suche im besten Fall jemanden, der die Wohnung früher übernimmt, damit ich keine doppelte Miete zahlen muss.
Dann würde ich die Daten an die Hausverwaltung übermitteln, die sind aber sehr kulant und antworten i.d.R. schnell.
