Hallo,
da ich Leipzig verlasse, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine liebgewonnene DG-Wohnung. Weil ich ins Ausland gehe, kann ich meine Möbel nicht mitnehmen, die Wohnung soll also teilmöbliert abgegeben werden. Dazu gehören: eine Eibauküche, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Waschmaschine, eventuell noch das Bett.Diese Sachen möchte ich also an den Nachmieter abtreten. Den Preis sprechen wir ab.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem flauschigen Teppich ausgelegt, der wird in Absprache mit dem Vermieter vor Einzug gereinigt.
Mit dem Rad oder der TRAM bist du in ca. 5-10 min im Zentrum und an der Uni. Fünf Fußminuten entfernt befinden sich Kaufland und Penny sowie zahlreiche Bäcker, Dönerläden und ein Späti ... und ein Park, wo gegrillt werden kann :)
Gern könnt ihr zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen.
