Hallo,
ich werde für 2 Monate im Ausland sein und suche deshalb einen Zwischenmieter für meine schöne möblierte Einraumwohnung. Die Wohnung ist etwa 46 m2 groß, hat einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Kosten würde das ganze 380 € warm incl. aller Nebenkosten sowie auch Strom und Internet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Oststr. in Reudnitz. Aldi, Bäcker und die Buslinie 60 sind direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Straba Linie 4 ist in 5 min Fußweg gut zu erreichen. Mit den Rad ist man in gut 10 min in der Innenstadt sowie auch im Klinikviertel.

Ich suche einen vertrauenswürdigen Zwischenmieter. Ich belasse also auch meine Möbel und Küchenutensilien zur Mitbenutzung in der Wohnung.
