Eine wunderschöne, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit Fischgrätenparkett, Erker und wunderbarer Aussicht über ganz Leipzig -- eine wirkliche Wohlfühloase!
Die Wohnung liegt im hippen Reudnitz gleich am Lene-voigt Park. Denn's, Kaufland, Rossmann und co. sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gerichtsweg ist fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, das Zentrum mit dem Rad ca. 7 min. Ine einer ruhigen Straße umgeben von 3 Parks. Kurz zusammengefasst: Die Lage ist perfekt!
Da ich den Sommer in Wien verbringe, suche ich einen verantwortungvollen Mensch, der meine Wohnung für die Zeit mit Liebe und Respekt bewohnt. Ggf. kann die Wohnung auch noch länger bewohnt werden.
