vermiete ab ca. Ende Januar/Anfang Februar 2012 (Zeitpunkt kann noch abgestimmt werden) kleine aber feine, möbl.1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Miete beinhaltet alle NK (5,00 Waschm.)-es erfolgt keine zusätzl.BK-Abrechng. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit 1 Bett incl. Bettkasten, Rollcont.,Schreibt.mit Stuhl, Kleiderschrank sowie Bücherregal. Das Bad hat eine Dusche/WC.
Die große Küche -ebenfalls im 3. OG - wird v.mehreren (wenigen) weiteren Bewohnern des 3.OG gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah in der schönen, grünen Südvorstadt. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
Da ich voraussichtlich für längere Zeit nicht in Leipzig sein werde, möchte ich das Zimmer vorerst zwischenvermieten-(bis ca. Ende Sept.2012) kann aber voraussichtlich auch noch verlängert bzw. evtl. anschließend auch unbefristet gemietet werden.
