ich biete meine wunderschöne und voll möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung auf der "Karli" 6 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete an.
Sie liegt direkt am Südplatz, dem Herzen der Südvorstadt. Dort fahren die Tramlinien 10 & 11, in weniger 5 Minuten zum Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz und knapp 10 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Straße bietet zahlreiche Ausgehmöglichkeiten, internationale Kulinarik, Programmkino, etc. Gegenüber sind Nato, Killi Willy und Horns Erben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bestens zu Fuß erreichbar (Netto, Aldi), Rewe am Connewitzer Kreuz. Es gibt zahlreiche Imbisse und den Südplatz-Späti gegenüber. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die "Karli".
Alle Hausbewohner sind sehr nett und vornehmlich jung/studentisch.
Festnetztelefon und Internet vorhanden.
Beste Lebensqualität für einen unschlagbaren Preis.
