Hallo,
an alle Kurzentschlossenen: ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein nettes, kleines Appartment in der schönen Leipziger Südvorstadt. Die Lage ist ideal, zahlreiche Kneipen, Clubs und Supermärkte, aber auch jede Menge Natur befinden sich in der Gegend.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Kochnische mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Eisfach und Küchenschränken ausgestattet. Laminatboden. Es gibt einen Fahrradraum, wo auch ein Motorrad abgestellt werden kann, sowie eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Vom Dachgeschoss aus hat man einen schönen Rundblick auf die Südvorstadt. Die Fenster sind ganz neu und so gut isoliert, dass keinerlei Geräusche von der Straße hörbar sind.
Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich, es ist ein ruhiges Haus, obwohl dort viele Studenten leben. Bilder schicke ich gerne auf Anfrage.
