Es gibt mit 3 Mitbewohnern und einer wunderbaren Katze. Die Mitbewohner sind zwischen 23 und 27, arbeiten und studieren. Die atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt, wir teilen oft und essen oder chillen manchmal zusammen, aber respektieren auch privatraum.

This is a great, spatious and light room in a perfect location in Südvorstadt.
The room is available immediately and can either be rented for short term with furniture (up to January 2018 negotiable) or long term without furniture. We can discuss the possible scenarios.
It will be shared with 3 flatmates and a wonderful cat. The flatmates are between 23 and 27, working and studying. the atmosphere is very relaxed, we often share and do things together but also respect each others space.
You can write a little bit about yourself and preferred rent option.
