Hallo, da ich kurzfristig umziehe, wird meine kleine teilmöblierte Wohnung zum 01.06.2019 frei. Besichtigungen können kurzfristig per MAIL ausgemacht werden. Bitte keine Anrufe oder WhatsApp, da ich aktuell berufsbedingt unterwegs bin. Für die Teilmöbilierung (Bodenerhöhung zum zum rumhängen und stauraum untendrunter) verlange ich zusätzlich 200€. Ein Hochbett gehört zur Wohnung dazu und wird nicht ausgebaut.
Die Lage ist sehr cool. Egal, in welche Richtung ihr in Leipzig wollt, die Busse und Straßenbahnen halten unmittelbar in der Nähe und fahren alle 10 Minuten. Die bekannte Karl Liebknecht Straße (Bars, Schnellrestaurant, Straßenbahn und d Bahn Verbindung) sind ebenfall keine 200 meter entfernt. Eure Nachbarn wären Studenten und wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut, das Internet teilen wir uns auch, somit hat man nochmal eine gute Kostenersparnis.
Ich zahle im Schnitt für 3 Monate 45€ Strom. Die Nebenkosten sind enthalten. Ihr müsst also keine Angst vor versteckten Kosten haben.
